Oblik s.r.o. provides software development, consulting, website modernization, AI integration, technical documentation, hardware product consulting, and software maintenance services.
Analysis fee
A non-refundable analysis fee is charged prior to project engagement. The fee is deducted from the final project cost if the client proceeds. Analysis is delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Project engagements
All project scopes are defined in a separate service agreement. Fixed-fee projects are billed as agreed. Time-and-material projects are billed monthly based on actual hours worked.
Maintenance plans
Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Unused hours do not carry over to the following month.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Oblik s.r.o. retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during the project.
Liability
Oblik s.r.o. liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Bratislava.
Changes
